First, we start your training program with a full fitness assessment.

If weight loss is a goal we will take measurements and find your current body fat percentage.  This allows us to track your progress and set goals for your success.

Next, we’ll develop a nutrition plan that is healthy, easy, and most importantly managable LONG TERM.

Look, we both know that crash diets don’t work.  We are going to help you choose the right foods to eat at the right times to help you maximize your results.  Nutrition is easy once you know the right things to eat and when you should eat them.  Plus, we will be there to make changes and suggestions to keep the results coming.

Now it’s time for your personal training sessions!

During your sessions, we will be constantly challenging you with different and effective workouts.  We know just when to push you and when to back off, and you’ll actually begin to like working out!  I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true.  And once you enjoy working out and start seeing results, it becomes easy to make exercise a daily part of your life.
